Set Up Charge: $40 (V) per color, per side, per item
Hot Stamp/Deboss Set Up Charge: $60 (V) per color, per method, per item
Emboss Set Up Charge: $100 (V) per item

For order totals up to 2,500 pieces, 3 working days after all approvals with proof within 24 hours receipt of PO and good art, excludes hotstamp, deboss or emboss. For order totals over 2,500 pieces to 10,000 pieces 5 working days after all approvals with proof within 24 hours receipt of PO and good art. For order totals of 25,000 pieces to 50,000 pieces, 7 working days after all approvals with proof within 24 hours receipt of PO and good art.

Order Cancellation: Any cancellation to a processed order must be in writing and is subject to a $30 (Z) charge, in addition to any labor and material costs that have accrued.

Order Change: Any change to a processed order must be in writing
and is subject to a $10 (Z) charge, in addition to any labor and material costs that have accrued.

Proof Change: Any change, including ink color, quantity, packaging,
etc. will require a new proof. Proof changes are $10 (Z) per item.

How to Place An Order

1.  Search for Products

  • Go to the Catalog page.
  • Enter a keyword (i.e. mug or pen) in the search field and click on "Go".

  • Browse products by clicking on a Category.

2.  Review the Product

  • Click on the product image or the "Details" link to find out more information.
  • Click on the "Order Now" button to start the ordering process.

3.  Ordering the Product

  • Once you're in the ordering process fill out the appropriate fields (i.e. quantity) and just click on "Next" to continue.
  • Upload artwork if necessary and specify any instructions on the Imprint and Personalization page.
  • Enter your shipping and payment information on the designated pages.

4.  Place the Order

  • Review your order for accuracy.
  • Click on the "Finish" button to submit the order.
