Awards/Acrylic Pre Production Proof: $45.00 (G) plus cost of product, all setups and personalization charges. If revisions are made to pre-production proofs, a new pre-production proof charge that includes any additional art, die or screen charges will apply. Production Time: 5-6 days, depending on complexity of design.

NOTE REGARDING ACRYLIC AWARDS: All acrylic awards are Hand sanded and polished after cutting to size. Overall measurements will vary piece to piece depending on the amount of polishing required on each side. All finished parts may have slightly different measurements when completed.
Please note: Slight shifting of logo/text cannot be avoided. As each product is manufactured and logoed individually, up to 3/16” movement in logo alignment may occur. Thin lines and small text are not recommended due to lose of detail and legibility. In 4-color process / Photoimage full color printing, exact color match cannot be achieved. There may be a dramatic difference between the PMS Color noted, screen color shown and printed color. Repeat order color matching cannot be guaranteed. Products are intended for individual use and cannot be compared one to another or order to order. None of these can be considered a defect. Acrylic award material thickness, size and color as well as ink colors will vary slightly from product to product and order to order. All acrylic material will have slight blemishes and subsurface scratches which cannot be avoided and are not considered defects as perfection in clarity and 100% scratch free cannot be achieved.

Order Cancellations/Cancellation Requests/Art Changes/Revisions Policy: Order Cancellation/Revision requests are not accepted until Factory confirms product has not been manufactured or printed. In most cases, if no proof has been requested at time of order submission, within 48 hours of order receipt, it is too late to cancel order and distributor is responsible for all incurred costs regardless of whether order has physically shipped from our factory. Likewise, 48 hours after proof approval, it is not possible to cancel/revise any order as it will have been printed, packed & is being staged to ship and distributor is responsible for all costs. Sorry no exceptions.

How to Place An Order

1.  Search for Products

  • Go to the Catalog page.
  • Enter a keyword (i.e. mug or pen) in the search field and click on "Go".
    OR
  • Browse products by clicking on a Category.

2.  Review the Product

  • Click on the product image or the "Details" link to find out more information.
  • Click on the "Order Now" button to start the ordering process.

3.  Ordering the Product

  • Once you're in the ordering process fill out the appropriate fields (i.e. quantity) and just click on "Next" to continue.
  • Upload artwork if necessary and specify any instructions on the Imprint and Personalization page.
  • Enter your shipping and payment information on the designated pages.

4.  Place the Order

  • Review your order for accuracy.
  • Click on the "Finish" button to submit the order.

Shipping charges may be added to the final invoice if they are not present upon checkout.
